The Baptistines of the Nazarene are called and sent forth to live the Charism of our Founder Alfonso Maria Fusco, who patterned his life on Jesus the Nazarene. Therefore, while involving ourselves in the saving mission of Christ through our educational ministry, we will strive to form well-integrated persons who will transform today's society. It is compulsory for every pupil to come to school in full school uniform. Students are not supposed to wear the school uniform to other places. Pupils must come to school neat and tidy. Personal hygiene and cleanliness are expected from all the students. It Every pupil must have a copy of the Hand Book and Calendar and should be brought to school on all working days. Late attendance. absence and leave etc. will be entered on the relevant pages and signed by the parents in token of having seen the entry. Every pupil is expected to be in time for general assembly in the morning. Pupils as they come will have to go to their respective class rooms and be seated there. They should silently do their work in the class rooms. Late comers should not enter the class without the permission of the principal.
Pupils should not wear gold jewellary when they come to school. If any jewellary worn by pupils, is lost, the school cannot be held responsible for the same. Pupils are responsible for the safe custody of their books and other belongings.
No books, periodicals, magazines not approved by the school, should be brought to school premises. If such articles are brought, they will be confiscated.
Pupils are expected not to throw waste paper or rubbish in the class rooms or school premises. Pupils should throw such things in the waste paper baskets intended for the same. Scribbling on walls or furniture is strictly forbidden.
Running about or screaming or playing in the class rooms or verandahs is strictly forbidden.
Any damage or destruction of school property is liable for punishment. Defaulter in such cases will be ordered to make good the loss.
Irregular attendance, want of serious application in words or acts, insubordination to teachers, serious misconduct or any habit of behavior objectionable to the good tone of the school will be sufficient reason for dismissal of such pupils who indulge in such
violation.

1. Three terminal examinations, namely the Quarterly, the Half yearly and the Annual Examination will be held as per the dates furnished in the calendar. Apart from these examinations a midterm test will be held in each term.
2. Promotion will be strictly on the basis of their performance in all these tests and examinations.
3. Progress Report will be sent to parents showing the marks scored by their wards in the above examinations soon after they are held Parents are requested to watch the progress of their children and take necessary action in the case of weak students.
4. The progress reports should be returned to the school duly signed within three days of its receipt. Be prompt.
5. Pupils absent for any examination for any reason whatsoever will not be re-examined.
6. No pupil who fails for two years in succession will be kept on the rolls of the school.
7. Pupils are not allowed to lend or borrow things such as geometry box, ruler, pencil, eraser and pen inside the examination halls.
8. Malpractices such as copying or try to copy in the examinations and keeping bits, all justify dismissal from the school.

1.Parents' co-operation with the school management and staff regarding discipline and regularity in Homework will be highly appreciated.
2.Parents or guardians are not allowed to see their wards in the class rooms or interview teachers during school hours without prior permission of the principal.
3.Any communication, request or compliant made by the parents should be addressed to the principal and not to the teachers.
4.The progress report of the pupil will be sent to the parents periodically for perusal, signature and return.
5.Parents of pupil must extend to the school their whole hearted and willing co-operation in all matters pertaining to school discipline and education of their children. So parents are requested to abide by the judgement and decision of the principal and staff in matters of discipline and education. Parents are requested to supervise their children's studies at home, send them to school regularly with neat and clean uniform and in time.
6.Parents meeting will be held periodically. Parents are requested to attend the same and offer their valuable suggestions for the development of the school. Parents should see that their children do not remain absent except, under unavoidable circumstances as it really hampers their progress. It is suggested that family programme, as far as possible, be planned to avoid any absence of their children from the school.
7. Parents are requested to go through their children's Hand Book daily and sign particular entries as and when required. The page allotted for Teacher Parent communication may also be put to use whenever necessary.
8. Parents are requested to be present for any school function, parents meeting or open House session. This will greatly boost the morale of the children and also give due encouragement to the school authorities in their work.
9. Please do not put flowers in your daughter's hair. Avoid nail polish and Jewellery. Let her come as simple as possible inorder to assure her-safety and security.
10. Put your child to bed early, so that he/she gets plenty of sleep, inorder to be fresh next day for the school.
11. Games classes are compulsory for all students unless he/she is exempted by the principal on physical grounds. 14. All Saturdays and Sundays are holidays for classes Pre K.G. to U.K.G. Except Second Saturday, all the Saturdays are half working days for classes I to IX.
12. Parents are requested to keep the school informed of any change in their addresses or phone number during the school year. Information should be
submitted in writing.

Each pupil is expected to posses at least two sets of regular uniform and or set of white uniform.
Uniform should be washed and ironed daily. Girls are expected to come in double plaits.
Boys are expected to maintain short and trimmed hair. Uniform should always be checked for buttons. Safety pins should not be used.
Whenever a student is present at school for regular / special class he/she is must be in school uniform.
